It's= Contraction of It is-- It's going to snow today; It's less than a month until spring;
Example Sentence:
Its= Possessive pronoun referring a thing-- The lion stalked its prey; My car needs its transmission worked on now.
Example Sentence:

1. What has caused her grow up sooner than others?
