Grammar Lesson # 12- Principle vs. Principal

Principle- noun meaning an essential truth or fact-- One principle of physics is theory of relativity; I would not allow her to compromise my principles of what I know to be wrong and right.

Example Sentence:

Principal-- Adjective meaning the first among. The principal reason for writing journals is to reflect on what you have read.

Example Sentence:

Principal- Noun meaning the head of an organization like school. The principal spoke over the intercom.
