Grammar Lesson # 14- Further vs. Farther
Farther- Dealing with physical distance- I threw the ball farther than she did; If I travel any farther on the highway, I'll need to stop and get gas;
Example Sentence:
Further-Talking about mental/metaphorical distance- He went back to college to further his education; Upon further review, I found out that I didn't pay my cell phone bill like I thought I did.
